19)    As a Chairman guided the women of on the subject of self-employment and working of self-help group (Bachat Gat) at the inaugural function of “Sarvadharm Sambhav self help group of NIPANI August, 2010.
20)    As a Chairman at the inaugural function of “Sawing and fashion designing course” organized by Khairmahammed Pathan Urdu Union Highschool, NIPANI on 10 Nov., 2010 advised the participants on the subject of slef employment and donated Rs. 5000/- for the development of the participants.
