·         Worked as a part-time lecturer in Geography in D. C. Narke Vidyaniketan and Junior College, Kuditre, Kolhapur during the period from 20/11/1991 to 30/4/1992.
·         Worked as a full-time lecturer in Geography, in D .R. Mane Mahavidyalaya, Kagal, during the period from 01/07/1992 to 7/09/2000 in junior wing.
·         Presently, working as Associate Professor in Geography in   D. R. Mane Mahavdyalaya, Kagal , Kolhapur in senior wing  from 28/09/2000 to till to date.
