Rules & Regulations for Admission to Senior College

    • For admission in B.Com. Part-I, student need to qualify 12th Commerce examinations or equivalent Board Examination.
    • In order to seek admission in B.A. Part-I, student need to qualify 12th Science / Commerce / Arts or equivalent Board Examination.
    • Students are required to  submit -

      a) School leaving certificate & statement of marks and its two true copies
      b) Two Pass port size photograph.

    • In order to get the eligibility certificate of Shivaji University, Kolhapur student need to pay Rs. 50/- through college to the University.  For this purpose the prescribed application form is available in the Office.  For outsider students the fees will be Rs. 300/-.  Unless and until students do get the eligibility certificate their admission will not get confirmed. 
    • Students of other college need it to produce transfer certificate.  For the purpose they need to apply in a prescribed format and pay the essential fees in pervious college.
    • Admission to the students, from socially backward class will be given as per government rules in this regard.
    • During the academic year, If by any reason student want to cancel the admission, he has to pay the half term fees. 
    • The optional subject chosen while taking the admission, student will not be cancelled  in any condition. 
    • Admission will be given on merit.
    • At the time of admission, a questionnaire will be provided  to the students, they need to fill up the questionnaire and face the oral interview conducted  by the admission Committee.
    • The decision of the admission Committee will be final.
    • The rules of Reservation prescribed are as follows-
